Hey Josh, it’s Tom the chef from The Rain Desert(Darlenes son). Someone was telling me to check out what you were up to. Nice stuff, love the charcuterie and local sourcing. I will be up in the Boston area next tuesday with my brother. Seeing as salt and pig are two of our favorites we will definitly have to come and check out you place.
